Mike Murphy - Founder

After more than 25 years in the corporate world I've seen first hand how taking your health for granted can take years off your life - and life off your years. Did you know that >70% of chronic illness can be linked to diet and lifestyle? Learning this fact inspired me to take control of my health and change my career. I'm now on a mission to help others make the connection between their own health and the consistent diet and lifestyle choices they make, ultimately empowering individuals to take control of their own health, naturally.

I now work in the field of nutrition and I love my job! I run a successful clinical practice where I work closely with my clients to provide nutritional coaching and individualised, non-pharmaceutical therapy using food and nutrients to address chronic health conditions, improve well-being and increase performance and vitality. I work with companies to help them optimise the health and productivity of their workforce. As part of that mission I write regularly for health and wellness magazines and run a popular nutrition blog. My ongoing field of study is Nutritional Medicine and my appetite for devouring the latest research is never-ending.

I received my credentials as a Registered Nutritional Therapist from the world-renowned London-based Institute for Optimum Nutrition. I'm an active member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and I’m registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
